The facility was right off the highway, clean, very comfortable bed, at the right price. I am very picky about these things. Overall it was great and I highly recommend it. Two nitpicky items (not a deal breaker, just including for sake of being thorough): the bath towels were chintzy and thin. Also, the breakfast was kind of weak. This latter item doesn't really bother me, I don't really care about hotel breakfasts that much. But if you really like a hotel breakfast, theirs was not great. I just wanted a bagel, and there were none to be had. Overall I would stay there again.

Overall it was clean, quiet and comfortable but a bit overpriced. Two biggest complaints- 1, The handicap accessible p Tom we were assigned was in no way wheel chair accessible. 2. There was NOTHING for anyone who is gluten intolerant to eat at their breakfast area - not even instant oatmeal packets!

We were not able to check in until 2 hours after check in time. I was told to go eat something and come back instead of an apology and some time of alternative or inconvenience option. Desk clerk was very short with me. I should get a discount at minimum. I rented room for a time frame and hotel should adjust time shortage. A deal is a deal.

The hotel itself was clean and quiet. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue for me was their refund policy, which I did not read in detail because I paid extra to get a 'refundable' room due to the reason for my stay. I booked for Friday night-Monday morning, but I knew my circumstance were not guaranteed (hence making sure I booked a refundable room). Friday night, changes were made to my son's hospital stay and I tried to cancel and get a refund for Saturday night- forward, and was told a refund was not an option because I had already checked in for my stay which included check-in for all the days booked, and they make no exceptions. So, maybe my fault for not reading into the refund policy, but either way, I will not be booking with them again.

Very clean, nice pool, very comfortable bed and enjoyed the walk-in shower. We were unable to access internet from our room despite repeated attempts yet no problem from the lobby, pool area or breakfast area.mBreakfast was much less than we had expected..no eggs, bagels,or different types of bread. Overall though we would return.

Wasn't good. Elevator didn't work. Our room was on the third floor. Our room key wouldn't operate the outside door nearest out room so we had to walk from the main entrance. Eating breakfast we had to listen to a pearsing alarm from the malfunctioning third floor electrical box. The place was falling apart. Will not come back!

We were very disappointed in the breakfast. There was no toaster or any kind of bread. The only choices were making a waffle and cereal. Several other people were also very unhappy. "Slim pickings" was the phrase I heard from 2 others.

This was an overnight stay on the way home from vacation. The hotel and room were clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The staff were pleasant. However, unlike previous stays, there was no breakfast as advertised. There was only cereal and coffee instead of eggs, toast, pastries, etc. Per the staff, corporate people came in and abolished the breakfast claiming it cost the company too much. Won’t be back to Choice Hotels that can’t provide a small meal to their guests. It’s the little things that bring people back.

The bed was comfortable. The towels were above average. Breakfast was a bit lacking...there was only one flavor of yogurt, no bagels, biscuits but no gravy. Not too bad, but not great either. It snowed while we were there and they made no attempts to shovel, plow, or put down salt.

We always stay at this hotel when traveling through Kentucky. Was always excellent until this last stay. Got there around 9 pm and the desk clerk didn’t have anymore first floor rooms left because the elevator wasn’t functioning. Understandable, things break, but we had our 92 year old mother and had to do the stairs with luggage. Got to the room and there’s a rotten old breakfast bun in the ice bucket. Now we’re wondering if our room had even been cleaned. We were so tired from driving 14 hours we just crashed, got up for breakfast, there’s no tea, the food was cold and the sausages were hard as a rock dried out. I went to the front desk and no one was there for us to report any of this. This will not be our go to hotel in the future.

The first room we were given smelled like a sewer and the bathroom was less than clean. They moved us to another room, which was nice of them, but, again, the carpet was dirty and the bathroom shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I chose this hotel because it was recommended on Hotels.com, and received a high rating for cleanliness, but was very disappointed. I'm not sure I would trust them again.
