"stayed for 1 week bed & breakfast. Checked in OK. Room size OK, but overlooking car-park with main road 50 metres away. Room furnished with freestanding pine double wardrobe accommodating full-sized ironing board, electric iron and hairdryer. space divided into 2, left side fore and aft clothes hanging rail (6 hangers),right side 3 shelves 2 drawers. The wardrobe double doors warped, difficult to open & close making loud squealing noise! the drawers were off their broken runners and operated...

"We had a large ground floor room close to the lift. We had a great sea view. The room had a large double bed, and a second area had a sofa which was made up into a small double be. There were towels and toiletries in the bathroom. There was an iron in the room, a fan hair drier and TV. The room also had a kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities. WIFI was good. The man at reception gave us information, and having read previous reviews we knew that we would have to use its sister hotel next...

"Food poisoning the first night, rooms hotter than the sun, zero water pressure in the bathrooms. Constantly chasing staff for the most simple things. They ran out of ice. No fans for the rooms. No one collecting glasses or emptying an ash tray. Asked for a coffee in the morning and waited 15 minutes.. got up to ask where it was "oh i couldn't find you" yeah because you were in the kitchen flirting with the chef.. Could be such a wonderful place, if the staff weren't recreating Fawlty Towers"

"10 min walk from Termini, easy to find, shops and restaurants close by. Hotel is very well maintained and appointed, quiet and large rooms. Helpful staff and comfy beds."
