My single room was simple and basic, with shared bathrooms/toilets, but was clean and comfortable. I had some concerns initially but sharing facilites wasnt problematic. A small balcony with a view (sometimes!) of the majestic Matterhorn was great! "

"The location of the hotel is one of its biggest pull factors, not least because of the ability to properly ski in/ski out. The staff were all generally helpful, especially at the front desk, spa, and Dmitry the driver. However, the hotel doesn’t feel as ‘modern’ as described and the rooms are fairly uninspiring. Water pressure in the showers isn’t great which means having all the alternative shower points (lateral, spray, etc) rather pointless. It’s also frustrating that you have to pay an extra €25 to use the swimming pool and spa as a hotel guest because it’s already expensive. "

"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid."
