"The staff were very helpful and considerate. The room was fine, the AC was very loud, but luckily we did not need it. One of the criteria for choosing the hotel was there being a hot tub. The online description said that the pool area (including the hot tub) was under renovation. I called before booking and verified that the renovation was completed. When we arrived we discovered that the hot tub had been eliminated completely. The pool chemicals were so strong that it burned your eyes just standing next to the pool. Very disappointing."

"Pool was great and a very good breakfast. Property is older but well maintained and clean. Only one person working at check in…he was doing his best but was a bit overworked…may have just been short staffed that night but definitely could have used another person on shift."
