The staff were really nice and helpful. The room smelled terrible the entire time and the hallway reeked of marijuana. There were black stains on the lamps and sheets. The hotels location was good and staff was really helpful.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my stay. I am very happy with the accommodation, and all associates have been extremely helpful throughout my time here. I initially booked a studio apartment, and the stove was not functioning properly. I reported the issue, and the associate addressed it promptly and professionally. The environment has been peaceful and comfortable, and my family and I truly had a pleasant stay. Thank you for the excellent service and support.

Would be better if it didn't smell like smoke

The price was good and it was very close to the highway. The guy at the front desk was helpful and nice. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room we stayed in also smelled like smoke, but more faintly. Someone was screaming briefly in the middle of the night, which was not ideal, but at least it didn't last long. The bed was comfortable. Advertising free breakfast was a bit misleading, as it was really just snacks to go and tea and coffee.

Don't book here! This hotel is so unprofessional. I was flying into Boston for my sister's wedding, traveling solo. I booked three nights. My flights were delayed 12 hours and it was nearly impossible to get anyone in the phone to let them know I'd be late. My mother finally got through to someone and let a man named Michael know my flight was delayed. He said he would make sure to check me in ahead of time so I'd still have a room when I eventually got there. I arrived at 10am on Friday morning, hoping to check in for my last 2 nights. After 36 house of traveling I was told there was not a room for me, the reservation was canceled. I even named dropped the man from the phone the night before, the cranky woman at the front desk just shrugged and said to call hotels.com to try for a refund. I am now trying to recieve said refund but hotels.com can't seem to connect with anyine at the hotel. I ended up staying at the 4 points sheraton up the road, they had friendly service and a decent breakfast

Dirty location, they have a small kitchen with no pans, or utensils. The bathroom was dirty. The previous guess left a half bitten sandwich in The refrigerator which the housekeeping didn't clean. The amenities had a rotten smell.

Definitely on need of updating and definitely more of a residential place than a hotel. Just needed one night but ones super busy October weekend anything closer to Salem (all the tourists in October) or closer to Boston (Head of the Charles Regatta) were significantly more expensive. This also happened to be next to the Baldwin Bar in Szechuan Garden which is a phenomenal bar upstairs and amazing Chinese food down. Super-slow check-in with a front desk clerk that barely spoke (barely spoke English?). Elevator was out of order. Clerk walked us up to our room on the third floor (weird). Stood by as we went to unlock and enter our room. Our keys didn’t work - and seemingly expecting that, he had his master key out and let us in that way. Room was stark and blah. Vinyl “hard wood” floors, stark white sheets and comforter. 3 pillows on bed. Ugly vinyl(?) couch. Dim and harsh lighting. Seemed like it was decorated and furnished to be easy to hose down for a cleaning…

Value but dirty and broken down.

Was economical for a quick stay. But compared to other extended stays was very dirty, broken down, and smelly. Bed was comfortable and space was good. And I do like the kitchenette. But not as good a standard as other extended stays.

there was only one person working at the hotel, the room keys did not work and anytime we left the room. We would have to go to the front desk to have her let us in the room so we decided not to stay. The rooms were very, very, very dirty and it was very unsafe so so we didn’t stay and it was very uncomfortable

Smells like pot everywhere. All wall decorations missing, just empty hooks on the wall. Paid for a king, got a queen. Not a real breakfast. Just a grab and go, no seating. Cabinets in kitchen area broken and missing doors. No remote for TV.

The guy at the front desk was awesome. Helpful, pleasant and welcoming. He puts in the effort. The place is actually a government funded shelter for the wave of migrants coming from third world countries. If you stay there be prepared for that atmosphere, not a hotel. But the staff are top notch.

The woman at the front was very nice on check in. The stars at 3 is way off this place is a dump the room was so dirty I couldn’t sleep and left in the middle of the night their was hair all over the linen the towels were all stained and gross. There was no shampoo and conditioner it was just disgusting. All of the kitchen items have to be asked for at the front desk like plates cups silverware. The fridge was so loud should be replaced. People also may be living here the hallway smelled of all kinds of cooking at 9pm.

Needed a couple days for a solo getaway. Check in was easy and the guy at the front desk was super friendly. When I got to the room there was a real strong musty smell that wouldn't leave no matter what I did including opening the window. Other than the smell the room was fine until the 2nd day. I had dropped my phone and thought it went under the bed. When I looked under there I found a pair of men's boxers and a used condom (which I did take pictures of that are timestamped). I immediately grabbed my stuff and went down to the front desk to check out. The woman at the front was super friendly and was shocked at what I told her I found. She completely understood why I wanted to check out early and told me that it was unacceptable and that she will be speaking with the cleaners regarding this. I will be requesting a refund for the stay and unfortunately will not be staying here again.
