Room was clean and comfortable and quiet, which was really the most important thing. Parking super easy. Location super convenient.

No issue finding parking. Staff was nice enough. Bathroom had a decent amount of black mold, and the corners of the window were also covered in black mold. Beds and kitchenette were clean. There was a dirty razor blade in the hallway. Unlikely to return and would not fully recommend.

We had to wait for someone to show up to the front desk to check us in (no bell or other way to call them). The hotel smells of smoke the moment you walk in and see the “no smoking” sign. When we went to our room, it literally was dirty and many items are broken (multiple drawers, toilet seat). It was quiet, and the room was a good size. But otherwise this place is trashy. I won’t stay here again.

Room 301 needs a major renovation, from the cabinets to the rusty microwave. I found trash underneath the sink and a bunch of emptied soda bottles.not once housekeeping came to clean up the room and every time I went downstairs to front desk for fresh towels is an issue, they claimed free “breakfast” which was snack bars a pot of disgusting coffee , instant oatmeal.. The only thing that was good was the comfortable bed. Never again

This property is conveniently located off of I95 5 miles north of I 90. Multiple restaurants in the area to meet all dining choices and budgets. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Great choice for overnight or longer stays

It was not expensive and close to Boston. Pretty quiet. Ok for one night, but totally run-down. Broken furniture, sticky stains on the countertop, bathroom cabinets falling apart. Bed clean and comfortable enough, working AC and fridge.

Friendly staff, unfortunately the room needed a lot of maintenance keep-up, there were holes in the wall from fallen shelves, stains on the bathroom counter and tub, toilet seat was not steady, broken drawer that wouldn’t close, there was dust on the bathroom light fixtures and baseboards, the whole room smelled a lot like curry. For $170 per night cleanliness and maintenance keep-up is the least that I expect.

Warm welcome, good beds, convenient

We had a nice overnight stay at this hotel. The woman who checked us in was likable and professional. The process was straightforward and it was apparent that the hotel prioritizes security and the safety of guests. We were given a first floor room as requested, which was appreciated--we had an early morning appointment the following day. Parking was easy and plentiful. Our room was fairly spacious and well-equipped with kitchenette and full-size fridge. The microwave worked but had damage and should be replaced. Beds were comfortable and the surrounding area was reasonably quiet. The room however was a bit shopworn and could use a deep cleaning and paint. Wifi was very good. Our check-in set a good tone for our visit--the woman was very helpful. We hope to stay at this hotel again next year.

The property is pretty outdated. My stay was nice but could have used a few more amenities. The breakfast was coffee and a breakfast bar. There is no ice machine in the facility, and was told it was because the room had a fridge and ice maker in it. My room did not have any ice cube trays, and even if it did, it would have taken how long to freeze them to actually get ice?

First I noticed the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Our room was laid out nicely; the beds were fine. The kitchen sink only had hot water, but the bathroom sink had cold. Maybe they are getting ready to refurbish the room because there were holes filled with spackle around the room and one area where there were just holes like something had been removed but not repaired yet. The shower spigot was twisted at an angle, the shower curtain rod was rusty, and I wasn’t sure the tub was clean. They advertised a quick and pick up breakfast with oatmeal. This consisted of two types of small muffins and the prepackaged envelopes of oatmeal. They really did mean pick up and go because there was no place to sit. There was no juice and in this case no coffee because they ran out of filters. However, we had a comfortable bed and a roof over our heads and running water and a toilet so it met our needs. It just didn’t look well cared for or like a building that was clean and maintained.

Staff were nice and polite. No issues with check in or out. Patriots was respectful. Not sure if all rooms were like mine but I found prior used towels in the bathroom room. The room had an order. The show/tub was unclean. The bed sheets had grit on it and the mattress cover was filty. The floor was a little dirty as my white socks turnt black. Other than that no issues.
