The room was fairly clean, floors could have used being mopped, bottom of white socks were black from walking on the floor!!! The mattress was hard as a rock, cheap spring mattress or possibly a box springs!!! Took 2 days to get a remote for the TV and extra pillows, and on the second day the key card would not work! Overall, on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give it a 3!!! This was the first time we stayed there & I Would never stay there again! They staff seemed friendly!,

The motel is run down and needs a lot of TLC. The guy at the counter informed me that there was a $100 deposit, I was surprised due to the condition the building was in, I’m unsure how much worse it can get. Staff was friendly for the most part but when I went to check out in the morning, the young male had a pillow on the counter and he was sleeping, very unprofessional. I couldn’t wait to check out and be out of there. Also, the doors kept getting jammed and were a struggle to open.

First thing… there was no one at the front desk when I arrived for check in for almost 1/2 hr. There’s piles of trash bags right outside my room. There’s no ice machines because they are both broken. No vending machine because they are both broken too. It’s a NON smoking room but smells like nothing but smoke. The attendant was rude. The next attendant spoke little to no english

Pretty good

Check-in and check-out were fast and the staff was friendly. The property appears to have been renovated recently and my room was very big and comfortable. During the renovation the exposed walkways to the rooms must have been walled in, and rather awkwardly, so that the AC units for the room vent hot air into the now-covered space. It's a but uncomfortable to pass through but really who's hanging out there for very long? A metro stop is a short drive/ long walk from the hotel. Overall, it was very comfortable and convenient.

For the price of $123/night, I was robbed. The room had roaches, the smell of cigarettes came through our non-smoking room, and there weren’t any amenities. Wifi was weak and rooms were not as nice as pictured. We will not be staying there again.

The property promotes breakfast included but ath the dining area they have a note saying that due to covid they are not serving such breakfast I I would have known I would have reserved elsewhere, usted up sopes in the bathroom and the cherry to my ice cream, holes in the bed, and it was supposed to be one of their high end rooms
