"This property is in a quiet area away from the busy Assisi streets, but with stunning views of the UNESCO World Heritage site from below. Our host, Andrea, was very welcoming and friendly and provided helpful advice regarding parking and restaurants in the town. The room was clean and well-appointed while the property itself is spacious with lovely gardens and pool area. "

"The accommodation was just what I needed in terms of quietness and tranquility. However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. "

"We had a suite which was HUGE with a spa and fantastic valley views. Parking on the premises if you got there first. Ample buffet breakfast. For such an expensive room there was no ironing board or kettle. Amazing. "
