Great location but the hotel could need some remodeling. We had to change room because the toilett did not flush. Also quit hard beds. Big pool area but the sundbeds could not be adjusted and not very comfortable.

Ideal family hotel.
Location is ideal, a short walk to the beach and the Mall. Our room is big enough but definitely needs an update. The bathroom especially. We loved the swimming pool though as not all hotels in Boracay has a huge pool like this one for the price at BHR.

Its a good place to stay for family
Staff are friendly nut they need to know more about, perhaps some in-house orientation about the tourism industry, Boracay so they can provide some insights on where to go and how to go about things. Rooms are decent. Water is strong, No internet though as a result of the recent typhoon. Breakfast was satisfying. The road towards the beach near the hotel is not nice and dirty. Perhaps because of the typhoon?

Very Poor
First time I have left a review on a hotel and I have stayed in hotels around 40 nights in the last 3 years. We went for breakfast the first morning only to find the breakfast was served cold and very limited. We did not attend breakfast for the remaining 2 mornings however we had friends staying at the resort at a different hotel who was happy to accept the breakfast coupon and they too complained that the breakfast was served cold, even at 6am when breakfast opened. The mattress was not great and the pillows was terrible. The taps and shower tap was wobbly and lose and felt like they could give up at any moment. We had secure safe for the first day due to no availability and on the second day we managed to receive a safe, delivered to our room but the safe was faulty and we was told the safe would be replaced and delivered back to our room but this never happened. Initially we was placed in a room with a window view which I can only describe as looking like a damaged roof of a damaged garden shed. Then on our second day we see a dead rat at the bottom of the stairs. This dirty dead rat was present for over 48 hours before being removed. I can report more issues too but I am running out of space. Overall not a great experience and would not recommend to anyone accept my enemies.

Sleepless night in Boracay
A decent hotel with it's own restaurant. The pool area was ok. The big problem is when given a room close to the elevator area i.e. left hand side of the reception you can forget about sleeping. Behind the reception is a giant electricity generator which is started every night. The noise level in a room on third floor(noice is forwarded rhrough the stairway to all floors) is so high that the local A-C is almost without any noise. We had to ask for a new room in the middle of the night in order to have some sleep!

Great stay
Great stay. Location is great, only a quick walk to the beach. Breakfast had a great selection. Pool is very nice and quiet, most people go to the beach and swim. Beach is very crowded. Life guards at the pool very friendly and always smiling. My original room was located next to a patio for smoking. First 2 nights were fine, but then smokers moved to that floor and were smoking all night playing music. I don’t smoke. I requested a new room and front desk was very helpful. They moved me away from smoking patio to back of hotel. New room was very quiet and no smokers around. Great service overall. I would recommend this hotel. Be sure if you don’t smoke to ask for room away from smoking patios.

除了游泳池好 救生員真的很認真的顧小孩們有沒有溺水，還有餐廳的義大利麵好吃，早餐也不錯吃以外。房間真的爛到爆，沒有浴巾、沒有牙刷、沒有吹風機，而且又髒又舊，床很不乾淨睡了身體很癢，比我家還爛、洗澡的時候看環境都覺得不舒服，連個腳踏墊都沒有，整個房間踩的溼答答的。而且其實也沒真的離Dmall 很近走路10分鐘，也不在沙灘旁走路4分鐘，最失望的一次住宿。

Suite 4인실 3박 이용하였습니다. 큰 침대 2개, 소형 에어컨, 소형 냉장고, TV, 테이블과 소파, 티테이블과 의자2개, 작은옷장 있습니다. 신발을 신고 들어가는 타입입니다. 샤워실과 화장실이 나뉘어져있어서 좋았습니다. 칫솔 치약 등 개인 세면도구는 따로 구입해야됩니다. 룸클린 서비스는 데스크에 미리 요청해야되고, 처음처럼 잘 정리해 줍니다. 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 웰컴드링크와 함께 밝은 미소로 환영해주었습니다. 로비직원 식당직원 수영장가드 모두에게 고마웠습니다. 조식은 메뉴가 많지는 않지만, 밸런스를 잘 맞추어 부족함은 없었습니다. 스프, 라이스, 스크럼블, 에그프라이, 햄과 소시지, 과일, 커피와 과일쥬스, 베이컨 등.. 깔끔한 수영장 있습니다. 수심이 낮은 아이용도 있습니다. 비치타올 로비에서 무료로 대여해 줍니다. 테이블과 선배드가 준비되어있습니다. 수영장에서도 룸서비스 주문해서 휴식을 즐길 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치는 스테이션2 메인로드 옆에 있어서, 화이트비치는 걸어서 5분, 디탈리빠빠시장은 3분 정도 소요됩니다. 트라이시클이 주로 호텔 앞에 대기하고 있어서 투어하기에 용이했습니다. 총평은 엔티크하고 잘정리된 깔끔함, 저렴한 가격, 거의 모든것이 갖추어진 호텔을 원하시는분은 선택에 후회가 없으실 듯 합니다.

Basic budget hotel.
The hotel itself is ok. It is located within walking distance to the beach. It is near the main road as well so easily accessible. MacDonald’s. Jollybee, souvenir and coffee shops are nearby. The pool is nice and well cared for. The pool side bar/grill is adequate. The breakfast is very typical (cold cereal, breads, eggs, longanisa, powdered “juice” drinks, etc.). There is tea and brewed coffee, as well as whole milk. The room is ok. Beds are basic (thin mattress on wood frame). The bathroom is good. Hot water and everything is functional. Room cleaning is only available on request. Amenities consist of a few small bars of soap and 2 packets of shampoo. The drinking water and soap are not replaced when the room is cleaned. We had to request toilet paper even after they cleaned the room. There is no elevator. This is important. On our second night there a man was checking in who had reserved a ground floor room and was told there were none available. He had leg problems and the stairs were difficult for him. We reserved a double bed. We were given two twin beds. We were told that there were no double beds available. The staff is laid back, friendly and attentive. Wifi is slow but mostly working. If you are on a budget and want a step above the hostel this is an option. I will not stay here next time.

The worst hotel ever been to
We came with our 1 year old baby boy, we had asked for a babynest and got it, ok that’s good. The worst is that they gave us the room that was on the third floor with no elevator! When we asked for another room they wanted to put us in the smallest room they had so we had to deal with the stairs and carry the stroller and baby up. This room was just by the street (Boracays streets never sleeps) and the gym and poolbar directly under us. The gym was under reconstruction and the workers drilled through the ceiling til late at night. It was so loud all day and night so our little baby boy never got a good sleep. The hotel had a lot of wired rules like you can’t bring your own food to the room. So the first night we had to do that we bought a pizza at the hotel. Asked what was on it, ordered it and got served a pizza I couldn’t eat because of allergies of seafood. So if you want to stay at a hotel that makes you feel unwelcome, not trust worthy, this is your hotel. Friendly staff though but I would never recommend this hotel.

My go to hotel
I have no complaint about this hotel. This hotel has everything I need. Nice clean room, hot water, excellent WiFi, swimming pool, and close to places I need to go. such as talipapa,d’mall and of course the beach. I am very pleased with the breakfast in the morning and I have to say, that the staff in this hotel provide me with an excellent customer service. This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

그럭저럭 싼맛에 묵을만해요
일단 가성비가 참 좋아요 수영장이나 짐 이용은 굉장히 만족스러웠지만 드라이기나 금고가 없던점 청소를 미리 이야기해야 해주곤해서 그게 좀 불편했어요 그렇지만 말만하면 처리는 빠른편이고 데스크도 친절한편입니다 청소는 그닥 깔끔하진않네요

Mahtava henkilökunta
Hotelli sijaitsi ihan rannan lähellä ja jos ei jaksanut lähteä rannalle niin pystyi nauttimaan altaalla. Henkilökunta oli todella loistavaa! Huoneen kanssa oli pieniä ongelmia; vessa ei oikein vetänyt, vaatekaapin ovi rikki ym.. mutta ongelmat korjattiin heti kun niistä ilmoitti. Suosittelen hotellia, sopii hyvin lapsiperheille. Meillä oli 9 kk ikäinen vauva ja hotelli sopi meidän porukalle hyvin.

Good hot water and nice pool are the high points but I had other problems the first night. They have a table right outside my door with chairs. Late at night people would sit there and smoke while talking loudly. I had to ask two groups to be quiet at 1 and 4 AM. I finally got the staff to move the table after 3 requests so I could get some. The table was finally removed but some guy was putting it back when I got back at 11 at night. I had to inform him again about the noise. Don’t get room 303 because i’m Sure they put the table back after I left. There is a large balcony one floor down to accommodate smokers so that table is not necessary. Not real smart to put a table there so close to the rooms. Also it’s impossible to get to the beach from the road at times because of the taxi traffic. The gym is just OK but the eliptical readout doesn’t work

화이트비치에서 가깝고 수영장이 있는점은 좋으나 룸컨디션은 가격만큼입니다. 쏘쏘 입니다. Soso............................

Needs new mattress
Mattress was uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was tiny for a deluxe room.

현지인만 가는 리조트
헤난가든 리조트 2박 예약하고 자리가 없다고 그래서 근처에 있는 보라카이 홀리데이 리조트로 2박 예약했는데 성수기라 그런지 가격도 비싸게 예약을 했고(2박 32만원, 아파트형) 분위기도 현지인만 가는 스타일에 70년대 여인숙 분위기가 정말 실망했어요.
