Beautiful building, pleasant staff.

Beautiful building in a leafy suburb a short walk from the old town. Riccardo was very helpful and friendly. The website doesn't highlight the limited check-in times very clearly. We arrived after 8pm and Riccardo arranged for our keys to be in a lockbox which worked well. There is gated parking at the property. Our private bathroom was across the main entrance hall which was a bit weird. That's only the case for Bedroom 3 - the other rooms are ensuite. Definitely recommended.

The house is beautiful, my room had a lot of charm without compromising on modernity. The hosts were super kind and helpful and the distance to the city center was a straight and easy walk.

Es una excelente propiedad. Riccardo es muy amable e incluso nos brindó recomendaciones sobre restaurantes y sitios de interés. La limpieza fue destacable. Definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí cuando regresemos a Bologna.
