The location was good because I traveled a lot by train to other cities. It’s a nice building and felt safe. The apartment walls are obviously thin because I could hear someone snoring every night / morning. The people next door knocked on the door one night and said they could hear every word of my phone conversation ( I wasn’t shouting ) and the TV ( the volume was on 7)! The trash recycling for glass was very loud and worse for the pick up dumped into the truck. I was on the 4th floor and it was too noisy! The little kitchen is a bit tight but I made it work. The bed is squeaky and I was solo. I’m sure the neighbors could hear every noise when I sat down or moved on the bed. Strange sloping floor from front door and bathroom door ( not nice visually ). Room felt flat (like a dorm or hospital). The apartment photos better than it is. Maybe a couple days would have been better than a weeks stay there. For Italy I expected a bit more style even on a low budget!

It’s truly outstanding in how horrible this property owned by wonderful Italy was. Although they offer a platform with which to communicate with the host, rest assured that you will not receive a response, or if you do, it will be redundant to the point that you might as well have received nothing back at all. The location itself is a pain to find, as it is surrounded by identical complexes with no clear indication of which one is the actual location you are supposed to enter and the instructions to find the building is hidden within the website. Once we managed to get into the building, we figured it would be smooth sailing from there as the instructions seemed quite straightforward. We couldn’t have been more wrong. The next hour was spent punching in a code for a door that would not open and phoning a wonderful Italy assistant who, despite trying to be helpful, clearly did not have enough information about the property to contribute anything of use. It got to the point where we were questioning whether the door was fake and reinforced into a brick wall. We would enter to code, the keypad would turn green, but the door would. Not. Budge. Only when another guest staying at the place, who HAD A KEY to unlock the door, showed up, were we allowed into the hallway that had the lock box with our keys. Keys that

Fez a reserva pelo hotel.com Mas no check-in foi obrigado a assinar o contrato em outro idioma , O que achei bastante complicado. Fui obrigado a pagar a taxa de estadia na cidade logo no início O que não ocorreu na estadia anterior. A cama é de ferro e faz Muito barulho Arranhando o chão. O colchão é de péssima qualidade. O quarto tem um bom tamanho. A localização é ótima E o banheiro tem uma boa ducha. Tive um problema com a limpeza pois o apartamento estava empoeirado e eu tenho asma e sou alérgico. Mas o que seguinte solicitei ao anfitrião providências e eles limparam.
