"The host was so kind and attentive. If you needed anything she would do her best to help. My husband and and I arrived early afternoon and didn't realize how long of a walk it would be to Vimy. The host has a friend who typically can taxi for cheap, like 15€, but her friend was unavailable so she offered to drive us for 10€, which was kind of her to do. Room was cozy and quiet and the breakfast was delicious. Note, it's not a bad walk from the train station, but if you have heavier/lots of bags...

Peu professionnel, je me vois reprocher d’être passée pas Hotels.com et que c’est pour cela que la facture n’a pas été reçue malgré des sms de son épouse m’indiquant que la facture avait déjà été envoyée. Il aurait été pertinent de vérifier avant de me faire une réponse erronée, m’obligeant à les relancer, être ignorée et devoir les rappeler. On m’indique que cela ne fait que 10 jours mais...

"The purpose of my visit to Neuve-Chapelle was to visit the nearby war grave of a family member. This was the perfect place for my stay. I loved the apartment, it was light, quiet, spacious and very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and living room area had everything I needed for my stay. The family that run the apartment were very kind and I really appreciated the breakfast which was brought to the apartment at the time requested (early morning). "There were no cups/ mugs plates to use at breakfast. When I notified the front desk the lady said she would get some we waiting half an hour an nothing she came to get the dirty dishes we ended up using napkins as plates lucky we had a reusable bottle that we could use which meant we had to share towards the end of us having breakfast the lady did come out with some paper cups."
