La atención fue horrible, se tardaron 10 minutos en abrirme la puerta del garaje, me ubicaron en una habitación demasiado vieja al lado de recepeción y las cortinas estaban sucias y rotas.

Not too much here

This is the first hotel I have stayed in where the front door of the hotel is locked. Guests must wait at the front door to be let in and out. There is a small kitchen, but no pots, pans, plates, bowls, or eating utensils. The balcony is not connected to the room. You must exit the room and walk across the hall to the balcony. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom and you should bring your own soap. The hotel is noisy. I will never stay here again.

Safe and Secure Apartment in Upscale Bogota

There is no indication on the exterior of the building that this is a hotel. It looks like the entrance to any other house on the street. You need to ring the bell for admittance. Once you are inside the front door you can see the reception and it appears more like a small hotel or bed and breakfast. The room was very nice with comfortable king size bed and a full kitchenette. The people on duty were quite helpful. My only complaint is the security is too strict. You have to ask the receptionist to let you out of the locked front door. If you invite guests over, they have to present their IDs and get registered in. It is a safe, residential neighborhood, but there are restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks.

Good Sleep, Breakfast, and Large rooms

A comfortable hotel, with a very good room layout. I stayed at this hotel and will stay again next time I am in BOG. The hotel service is great and so is the place. The neighborhood is a very quiet place to sleep. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent in choices. The best part of this hotel is the room layout, very spacious. Is in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is near by the Transmillenio Bus stop Marley.

No parece un hotel.

Me llamo muchisimo la atencion que no tuviera un letrero o nombre del Hotel, solo aparece la direccion de la calle, entonces me hizo dudar si no me estaba equivocando de sitio, y como tienen puerta cerrada, hasta tocar supe que era un hotel. NO TIENE ELEVADOR, y las escaleras son pequenas por lo que es dificil subir y bajar con maletas. La habitacion es amplia y parece un Estudio, lo cual agradeci, sin embargo, el bano esta en condiciones muy basicas. El jabon liquido de bano de pesima calidad, se nota que tratan de ahorrarse el maxico en amenidades. Me quede una noche adicional, asi que avise a la administracion ese dia por la manana, ese mismo dia por la tarde me llamaron a la habitacion a cobrarme, baje molesto, ya que en cualquier hotel uno puede pagar al hacer el check out. Volveria?? Desde luego que no!

El primer día que llegamos estuvimos 1 hora para que nos dieran la habitación, porque supuestamente la reservación no aparecía, y en la noche no nos dejaron dormir unos huéspedes, el ruido era increíble, y eso que la habitación no daba para la calle, el hotel es regular

Viaggio Parque 54 Apt/Hotel-July 2015-3 Night Stay

This Hotel is excellent location and I was very impressed with this style bed/breakfast apartment concept. The location was close to the gay bars/clubs of Bogota, with only a 10 minute taxi ride. The room include kitchen area &combination safe. Guests were allowed, with their ID to desk staff. The bathroom&room was very clean and nice large bed. Both myself and a friend stayed for three nights end July 2015 (we had separate rooms). Hotel is located in a very nice, quiet residential area, with a convenient nearby grocery store conveniently 2-3 doors down street. Excellent hotel front door security &felt very safe the entire time(with 24 hour front desk staff). The front desk staff were very good at obtaining taxis for us and verifying they were safe (personally noting the taxi cab driver's name and ID # before we left). All staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast provided over a nice 4-hour time frame from 6-10am. Hotel staff were helpful to arrange for a five hour taxi svc. to visit main Bogota tourist sights& provide other help. Most guests were from Latin America, but I recommend this small boutique Apt/Hotel to English speakers. I almost never write a review on any hotel stay, but in this case, I was so pleased with the Apt/hotel concept, location, staff courtesy that I wrote a review of my stay there.

Wonderful staff

Hi, My wife and infant daughter stayed for 4 nights and we had a wonderful experience with the hotel staff. Janeth was most gracious and helpful in all ways and even suggested a baby bed for our daughter before we asked! The night staff and cleaning staff were also very kind and helpful. Look forward to staying again next time we are in Bogota.
