Cuando llegamos eran dos habitaciones y nos dijeron q no habían q se habían inundado el día anterior, nos iban a cambiar de hotel y lo que hicieron fue acomodarnos un camarote en una habitación y q al día siguiente nos cambiaban, cosa q nunca sucedió y los de recepción nunca sabían nada, al final ni descuentoyy por el mismo precio o un poco más hubiéramos estado en otro hotel.

Hard to rest with an excellent service

Single room with outdoor & indoor noise, not so comfortable for rest but price was good, so I paid what I get. Service moved to me to a better room without additional cost. Restaurant was good as well.
