The room was hot, the boy in charge of breakfast buffet is the same designated for room service, therefore I needed to wait til he finishes his deliveries for me to get a cup of coffee. Very average.

Difficult check-in, taking time to verify the reservation; receptionists’ poor English; food not fresh, microwave prepared dishes; toilet in the room consisted of old stains from previous use; half of electrical things in the room did not work as of lights, fridge; old furniture; dirty carpet on hallways, hasn’t been vacuumed for a while; hotel’s staff demanding that we could not store our luggage later than 2 pm after check out time ( haven’t had such a demand never before). I’ll give the staff some credit though: polite, humble, the receptionist made some exceptions and let us leave our luggage in the storage room until later than 2 pm but not later than 3 pm , and she kept some additional baggage at the reception for us. Other staff personnel were polite too. But anything other staff, was not pleasant: rooms not cleaned enough, terrible food, limited options. This hotel clearly doesn’t represent a 3.5 stars standards. At least not anymore. I would not stay here ever again, and could not recommend to anybody.

El hotel demasiado básico, se ve mejor en las fotos, la habitación que nos dieron no tenía vista, era totalmente oscura, tenía algunos toma corrientes dañados, la luz del baño estaba dañada, el secador del cabello malo. Lo único a resaltar es la buena atención del personal del hotel

Hotel personnel were not friendly and not accommodating, I arrived early to the hotel, and I couldn’t check in early which I understood, however I do not appreciate the fact that the store my backpack they charge a fee to do so. The person working in the front desk was not approachable at all. Due to my not so pleasant experience, I cannot recommend this hotel Nor I will ever want to stay at this property again..

Hotel has affordable prices for people who will spend more than a week at Bogotá. It is near to the American Embassy . There are near pharmacies, restaurants and markets. Breakfast is very good . The guy in charge of the restaurant is extremely nice and polite. Also de reception lady Deisy was very helpful and friendly all the time.

Family oriented property , clean, very pretty. Employees super niece all the time. For the price and the location is perfect for people who will stay long periods of time. Breakfast is included . Lunch and dinner are served at your own cost. Excellent service. Excellent food. The owner of the place goes by few times a day to make sure everything is going well.
