I would not stay there again. It was a strange set up. Althought it had hot water and was near restaurants. Too expensive for what it was.

Buena ubicación pero servicio deficiente

El hotel está ubicado en una zona excelente, cerca del aeropuerto y de bares donde puedes cenar. La habitación también nos resultó cómoda. Sin embargo tuvimos algunos problemas en el hotel. Lo primero fue que no nos quisieron respetar el precio del hoteles.com si pagábamos con tarjeta de crédito (teníamos poco efectivo). Para pago con tarjeta hay un recargo que no está indicado. Luego, el desayuno fue una rebanada de pan lactal y una arepa sin sal. Muy pobre la verdad. No había ni dulce ni nada para agregarle al pan. Hicimos el checkout y dejamos las maletas para recorrer el centro de Bogotá. Cuando volvimos pedimos si nos podían ofrecer un baño pero nos quisieron cobrar 40,000 pesos porque estos ya estaban limpios. Así que tomamos un Uber y nos fuimos al aeropuerto donde pudimos usar los baños públicos sin problemas. La mujer encargada de limpieza era muy gentil y atenta, pero el encargado no tenía intenciones de brindar el más mínimo servicio sin cobrar algo por ello. Ubicación y comodidades buenas. Servicio deficiente. No volveríamos.

Nice hotel , nice part of town

Really nice little hotel. Feels like home. Good part of town to be in close to food and dancing but on a quiet little street. Staff is friendly and helpful ( Spanish speeking only ) . They cooked us a personal breakfast. We stayed here 2 nights and I would totally stay here again.

Bon séjour

Nous sommes arrivés à 7ham parce que nous avions un vol qui arrivait a Bogota à 6h30am. Nous avons pu faire le check in à cette heure là, ce qui nous a fait plaisir car nous étions en route depuis de québec (30h avec les escales). Le quartier est très sécuritaire et vivant! Il y avait un beau spectacle de noel dans le centre commercial tout près. Le staff est très gentil et il y a un service de navette pour l'aéroport (avec charge). Il y a quelques points négatifs. C'est loin du centre ville. De plus, la chambre est mal insonorisée (on entend tout). Le matelas est dur. Le prix demandé devrait être un peu plus bas à mon avis. En conclusion, je recommanderais cet hotel considérant la balance des points positifs par rapport à ceux négatifs.

Close to Airport

This hotel is close to the airport. Their driver was waiting for me when I arrived and took me back to the airport on time early the next morning. Met all of my expectations. My only complaint is that when booking the hotel they did not mention that they charge for the airport service.

Very good accommodation close to the airport

We arrived by air and were leaving the next day by air so we needed a place to stay for overnight only This was an excellent choice for us. The hotel provided transfers from and back to the airport at a reasonable cost. The breakfast was included and was excellent as was our overall experience. Being close to the airport, the sound of planes was a factor, but we adapted quickly.

Very nice people in a convenient location. It's in a neighborhood, so a bit hard to find. They tried very hard to make my stay a good one. I was there soley for its proximity to the airport. Nothing fancy for sure, but clean. No Engish speakers there if you don't speak Spanish.

Great place and outstanding service!! First class!

A great place to stay. Very close to the airport and the service cannot be beat. The staff is very attentive and they will go above and beyond to meet the needs of their guests. I would highly recommend and Wednesday there again!

One Night Before Flight Home

Hotel was very hard to find. Taxi from airport spent an hour looking for it and eventually gave up. We switched taxis and eventually found it after pulling over to ask 4 different people. You will need to speak spanish in order to communicate. If paying with a credit card be prepared to pay extra for their service fee. The hotel was a bit run down (sink didn't drain at all). Neighborhood is not good (couldn't walk around and feel safe). Staff was friendly enough and they charge 15.000 pesos for one way to airport (roughly $9 US). Beds were very old and worn. I slept in a crease made by years of use (brought own sheets) Water pressure in shower - non existent plus it went from scalding to freezing every minute. Decent breakfast included, eggs, croissant, and coffee.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room, however, was a little on the small side. It is a good hotel for a tourist, but it is a little difficult for the business person.

Convenient location to airport

Hotel was OK for the price - a little bit worn down but it was pretty clean. They offer a shuttle bus service from the airport but I think it would actually be cheaper to just get a taxi - its only about a 10 min drive away! Good place to stay if you just have a stopover in Bogota.
