Comfortabe stay and great neighborhood

It was a comfortable stay. The room was nicely equipped with everything including cooking utensils and a full kitchen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which provided plenty of room and comfort for all. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants shopping nearby. Great value for the price. I will stay her again in the future.

We had some problems with the water,'s temperature; it was too hot and then too cold, we couldn't graduate the water temperature.

Greatest value

This is an apartment building. To increase income they are renting units as a hotel. Great idea. Mine had a fireplace, two bedroom, two bathroom and full kitchen. Walking distance to good pubs and places to eat. I was not robbed at this hotel as I was at the Lancaster hotel. On another review I informed everyone that the Lancaster has a hidden daily fee of about 40% and they rob you at checkout and you have no recourse. This hotel has a locked door at the front opened by staff, safe, clean and enjoyable stay. Best value I have had in a room in a very long time. Great safe place for kids or private for singles like myself.

Great for families.

We stayed at this nice appartment, which had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 stories. Excellent location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. Appartments is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back. ATM machine is only about 30 yards away.

Buenas instalaciones pero le falta remodelacion

El hotel está bien ubicado y es comodo para hasta 4 personas. La cocina está bien equipada y en terminos generales es aceptable. Me parece que le urge una remodelación particularmente en los cuartos ya que las alfombras están bastante deterioradas y los closets muy desgastados. Durante mi estadía de 4 días no cambiaron las sabanas ni las toallas. Sí está cerca de la Av 19 que es una arteria víal importante.

Decent hotel, great Location.

I was there with my family, 3 of us, it was in the perfect spot for us for 2 days. I was doing training at Intertec which is just around the corner(3000COP, £1, $1.50 in taxi) and we were shopping for furniture, there is LOTS of good shops nearby(walking distance).

Comfortable and Affordable

Nice Condo Hotel in Good Neighborhood. Bogota is noisy with traffic early morning. No A/C in Bogota so better prepare yourself with earplugs and eye covers for morning sunshine but light shades

Se me había perdimo un iPhone en el restaurante y el personal de servicio lo encontró y lo entregó. Las habitaciones son bien dotadas y amplias. Hace falta un poco de mantenimiento pero en general muy bueno todo.

Muy buen hotel

La ubicación del hotel excelente, así como la cercania a diferentes puntos de interes. Las personas del STAFF son amables y atentas. La distribución de las habitaciones es organizada y la cocina está bien dotada. Se presentó un incidente de presencia de olor de cigarrillo, que entró al apartamento por el sistema de ventilación de uno de los baños. El Staff mencionó que la situación iba a ser corregida, pero fue la ultima noche y no pudimos verificar si se corrigió esta situación. A pesar de este hecho considero que es un muy buen hotel.

Great place for a family

Everything was great, since the staff and their comminment to achieve a wonderful staying until the cleaness of the room and its comfort. We were very happy there, unfortunetly for a short time.

Good choice for families

This accommodation is a good choice for families. Well located in a safe area of Bogota, close to shops and amenities, with the ciclovia very close, we had several pleasant walks with our children around the area. The standard is not exactly what you would find in a 4 to 5 star hotel and there is room for improvement but the apartment is overall well furnished, comfortable, clean and well decorated. They offer complimentary daily maid service and wifi. Parking was also available. Overall we had a nice stay. For us having the space, the living area and the 2 bedrooms plus kitchen and 2 shower rooms made up for other details that needed improvement like no having a place to dry cloyhes or the boiler which seemed old and occupying half of the kitchen space. The staff was very nice. It is likely that we would use this accommodation again in our next visit.

Excelente Estadia

La estadia me parecio excelente, me quede en una habitacion para 4 personas, todo super limpio, el ambiente es amplio.. la zona super tranquila, bien ubicado. A pesar de tener el Check out del hotel a las 12. Nos cuidaron las maletas el resto del dia mientras estabamos paseando. Recomiendo el Hotel 100%, volveria a hospedarme en ese hotel sin dudarlo. Gracias

Great hotel option for tourism and for business.

The hotel is very conveniently located with ease of access to all of the major, prominent zones for business, shopping etc. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and the staff were extremely helpful. They go out of their way to assist you! Highly recommended!

Es un lugar muy bien situado en Bogotá. Los servicios hoteleron son muy limitados (desayuno) porque se trata de apartamentos, sin servicio de arreglo de cama los domingos. Podría mejorar el aseo de las habitaciones.

great location, big rooms, a bit decrepit

Great location near restaurants of Av. 19, and close to Autopista Norte. Big rooms, really full apartments. Hot water and internet down in first room, was transferred to another floor where these worked. Breakfast is COP10,000 additional. You can probably find better value elsewhere, unless you really want this location.

Great location, great service, great price.

I stayed 5 nights for business. The hotel sent a driver to the AIrport to pick me up and help me with my luggage. My room was a one bedroom suite that had a hardwood floors, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen tv with plenty of cable channels and a very comfortable bed. Everyone in the hotel is ready to respond to your needs. My housekeeper was specially kind and helpful. Breakfast is served to your room and it is pretty good. There are plenty of restaurants around and the area is safe and elegant. I recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a great location, personalized service, good prices and a nice comfortable room. This is no large brand hotel but a well ran mid size hotel.
