overall it was a pleasant experience and the staff are approachable and willing to be helpful. But some of the rules are a bit rigid or inflexible. There were charges for things that should have been included like 3 pillows for 3 people, but they charged us extra for a third pillow. Wouldn't allow for late checkout . . .

A bit i dont like mmm the lobby n room so small but thats ok...for just sleep...

Clean egough, good location, hot water heater, tv cable, wifi available. Aircon cold enough. Beeakfast ok for 2 stars hotel.

The hotel doesn’t offer much. It is basically a bed and breakfast without any extra. But it is clean and comfy enough. The drains need cleaning though because the showers and wash basin get clogged. The AC unit also need cleaning.

Very simple hotel. It has only the visits. No refrigerator in the room. There us safety box.. I enjoyed my stay and wish you do too.

hotel lumayan bagus, makanan enak, tetapi service masih kurang memuaskan,,tidak ada porter yang membawakan tas ke kamar, tidak ada petugas yang sigap membuka pintu utama saat customer report membawa barang melalui lobui..

Get 2 different room, Room in higher floor, smoking room (I am not smoker but no other room available), wifi OK.
Second room non-smoking, lower floor, wifi non working.
Customer noisy at night and cleaner noisy in the morning.
