We didn’t like that the cleaning crew came at 4 or 5pm instead of in the morning. So our room was only cleaned twice within a span of a week. It should have been done in the morning and daily. Poyraz bey was very nice though and super helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

Hotel looks to be newly renovated but some rooms are small. Suite room was good but we then moved to a standard room and it was not easy to move around due to the narrow layout of the room. Staff was not helpful and they were trying to avoid eye-contact in order to deflect any help requests. Breakfast was plain, not too many choices. While we stayed there internet was not working due to a technical issue by the internet service provider but there was no urgency to resolve the issue by the front desk/hotel management. Hotel is conveniently located and beach is just in front of the hotel. Hotel management should work on making sure that customers are welcomed and staff is friendly. I would look for another hotel with better service and room size next time.

Gündoğan merkezinde minibüs garına yürüme mesafesinde, birçok restoran ve markete yakın bir otel. Plaj düzenlemesi konusunda bölgenin en iyileri arasında. Kahvaltı çok iyi, plaj bar servisi iyi. Oda servisi ve temizlik ekibindeki çalışanlar çok çalışkan ve özverili, otel çalışanları çözüm odaklı.

Casamia Otel iyi bir tercih oldu

Yaklaşık 15 yıldır Bodruma ve bunun son 7 senesi Gündoğan' a gelen bir aile olarak çok iyi bir konaklama tecrübesi yaşadık. Karşılama iyiydi. Standart odalar resimlerde görüldüğü gibi biraz küçük ancak kaldığımız daha büyük odalarla kıyasladığımızda oldukça işlevsel ve yeterli. Banyo çok kullanışlı ve en önemlisi çok temiz, banyo ürün kalitesi iyi. Oda kahvaltı konaklamada kahvaltı bölgede kaldığım diğer otellere göre eşsiz. Ürün çeşitliliği yeterli, biten ürün yenilenmesi, masaların toparlanması gibi hizmetler hızlı. İskelesi güzel, Eylül olduğu için şezlong vs sıkışıklığı olmadı ancak sezonda nasıl olur bilemiyorum. Kumsalı yeterli, çocuklu aileler için tercih sebebi olacaktır.

Hergün odalar temizleniyordu kaldığımız standart oda ufak olmasına ve pencere olmamasına rağmen gayet kullanışlı ( digiturk, buzdolabı, kasa, verimli klima) ve ışık.alıyordu ( ön cephe tamemen cam). Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Konumu harika. Güler yüzlü, hertürlü isteğe yardımcı olmaya gayret eden çalışanlar. Otelin kendi otoparkı biraz uzak.

Hayvansever bir işletme görmek cok güzel...

Gündoğanda her zaman tercih ettiğim otel dolu olunca lokasyondan dolayı burayı tercih ettim. Beklentimin üzerindeydi. Küçük bir otel olması oda yakınlığı vs gibi artılar getirdi. Oda temizliği ve iskelede aldığımız hizmetten memnun kaldım. Otelin bahçesinde 3 yavrusuyla baktıkları bir kedi vardı. Hayvansever bir işletme olmaları çok hoşuma gitti sırf bu nedenle bile tekrar Casamia’yı yercih edebilirim Bodrum seyahatlerimde

Ideally located 3 star hotel for a refreshing swim

The hotel location is excellent, right on the beach and a 5-minute walk from the bus station. I was there in early October, in the low season so this might explain the state of the hotel. There was very little staff and they spoke barely any English. The room was a good size but felt small because it had no window or paintings. The bed was comfortable but there is very little storage space. The tiny bed side tables serve as chest of drawers. The bathroom is showing its age. The dining area has a nice view which is unfortunately blocked by a huge covered motorcycle that was parked there permanently. To get to the rooms, you have to climb some steep stairs. The common shower downstairs was plumbed out. The beach has comfortable chairs and plenty of potential shade area but unfortunately most of the covers were not on the structures that were built for that reason. The breakfast which is included was filling but missed the eggs that Turkish breakfasts are famous for. I asked for a top sheet for my bed as the cotton blanket was rough but I was given another blanket. I got the room for a discounted rate; i would have been much more upset if I had paid full price. The best part about this stay is the deliciously clean and crisp sea that you have such easy access to.

Otelin konumu ve sahile yakınlığı çok iyi, personel çoğunlukla iyi, kahvaltı gayet güzel ve yeterli. Yalnız otel odaları hiç te Hotels. Com da belirtildiği gibi yarım deniz manzaralı değil, hatta hiç bir manzarası yok. Manzara olması için pencere gerekli. Odalarda hiç pencere yok, odalar modern bir hapishane hücresi misali, kapıdan girdikten sonra 3 duvar. Giriş duvarı 2 kanatlı camlı kapı ama, avluya baktığı için, odanın içinde rahat olabilmeniz için devamlı kapalı perde ile oturmak zorundasınız. Odanın havalandırması sadece kapıların birinin vasistas ı ile oluyorki kapılar bu durumda kilitlenemediği için ne siz yokken nede uyurken odayı havalandıramıyorsunuz. Manzara sadece odanın dışına çıkıp, dışarıdan denize doğru baktığınız zaman var. Sonuç, site sizi yanlış bilgilendiriyor. There is no view from the rooms, only from 3 or 4 expensive suit rooms. Otherwise, there are no windows in the rooms for you to look out and see any view, no balcony either. There is no private place for you to dry your swim suits or wet towels. There are 2 entrance doors to the room which are glass doors but since your curtains are drawn most of the time because of your privacy they do not count. The only view you will see is if you stand outside your door. As for breakfast, personal and cleanless of the rooms, there are no problems.
