"Staff was lovely and helpful - they let us know we could use the pool at the other property *quick walk away* Ear plugs in the rooms - there can be train noise but the AC drowns it out. Thank goodness for AC - a lifesaver!! Bathroom was spacious and we liked the shower."

"if you have the chance to come here that means you are beyond lucky. this is one of the most magical corners of british columbia. the hotel is eclectic and cozy with friendly faces and staff at each turn. between the art and the draft beer you will find yourself entranced with the music of the symphony at the pub, the creek and frogs at night will ease you into slumber to end the day in bliss. the ymir hotel is not just a place to stay it’s a place to remember."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The front desk clerk was wonderful sharing information on the hotel and what they do as well as information about the town. She was helpful with our requests. Parking was easy, the rooms were clean. However one room the air conditioner didnt work the greatest. The pool and whirlpool was nice to enjoy. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold choices. Very nice stay."
