Nice folks at a no frills hotel

I had a good stay at the hotel. Boa Vista is a little limited in terms of the options available. This hotel gets the job done with no frills. The service is decent, the folks are nice and it is clean.

A pleasant place to stay and affordable too. The oddities were no blankets on the bed only a thin sheet to cover maybe that was related to the energy mgmt philosophical a centipede appeared in the shower stall twice.

Fiquei hospedada de segunda a sábado e, durante todo esse período, o quarto só foi limpo uma única vez e apenas porque solicitei. Nos demais dias, ninguém apareceu. Dentro do quarto encontrei insetos (formigas grandes, aranhas) e, durante a madrugada, cheguei a ver uma barata francesa. No corredor do andar de baixo havia uma barata morta desde o meu primeiro dia, que continuou lá até minha saída, sinal claro de que os espaços comuns também não são limpos com frequência. No café da manhã, as mesas permaneciam sujas entre um hóspede e outro, com restos e açúcar derramado, o que causava bastante desconforto. A piscina também não passava confiança pela aparência da água, e preferi não usar. As instalações estão muito abaixo do que é mostrado nas fotos, parecendo antigas e mal conservadas. O ar-condicionado do quarto não tinha botão de liga e desliga no controle, o que me obrigou a deixá-lo ligado o tempo todo. Quanto ao atendimento, destaco positivamente apenas o senhor da recepção durante a madrugada, que foi gentil e prestativo. Já as atendentes do turno diurno foram pouco acolhedoras. No geral, o hotel deixou a desejar em limpeza, manutenção e atendimento. Não pretendo voltar e não recomendo.

Recomendo pela localização.

O hotel é bem bacana, no geral, pois é bem localizado, parece que foi reformado recentemente. O café da manhã tem opções que atendem. A piscina é ótimo p refrescar, considerando o calor característico da cidade. As toalhas precisam melhorar, meio lixa e senti faltando de um.atendimento mais próximo da equipe de atendimento, tanto do hotel quanto do restaurante.

Muito bom

Para um pernoite é conveniente, pois o quarto é novo e confortável, além de estar em ótima localização. A bronca é que não tem elevador, o que já fica ruim para quem tem bagagens maiores. Também senti falta de alguns equipamentos, como lixeira no quarto; ganchos no banheiro para colocar peças de roupa; um criado mudo para colocar itens pessoais, como a carteira e o celular, além de uma tomada mais próxima da cama para deixar o celular carregando. Atendimento foi excelente, não tive do que reclamar. Café da manhã ok.

Horrível! Não recomendo

Horrível, hotel está precisando urgente de manutenção e limpeza. Assim que entramos no quarto, fomos recebidos por uma barata. Banheiro sujo, paredes sujas. Café da manhã o restaurante está sucateado, as garrafas de café e leite estão imundas, tudo amassada, as xícaras tudo sujas e mal lavadas, péssima qualidade. Não tirei fotos pq ia impactar muito.

Sempre desejei conhecer mais da região norte. Em Boa Vista, o Hotel atendeu bem na ida, e na volta da Travessia do Monte Roraima. Destaque para os funcionários que tentam fazer o melhor pelos hóspedes e, para a cozinha/restaurante, com boas opções de pratos, inclusive aos que não comem carne.

O hotel é uma opção interessante apenas por conta da localização central e pela falta de alternativas melhores. Mas as condições de conservações são ruins. Meu quarto tinha uma barata. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento. O quarto não tem cobertor ou edredom, você precisa ir buscar na recepção. A luz principal do quarto não funcionava. O colchão estava bem deformado. Não pretendo voltar.
