"Room and bed were alright. Check in was self done. Staff barely acknowledged us. We were put on the ground floor which was close to a function room that had a live band playing. We were not told about this or given an option if we didn’t want to be near the room. When I went to ask about it I was ignored by the bar staff for about 5 minutes until I butted in. "If you're requiring accomodation for something nearby let alone within the International Sporting Complex itself this place is unbeatable. No frills but super clean, tidy and comfortable, friendly staff, fantastic service, free parking and great cafe and amenity within the complex. Spent a whole week here for a sporting tournament but also travelled easily into the city to show the kids around the sites and saved a tonne of money at the same time compared to other alternatives. We loved it! "

"I’m not someone who ever complains but I think it’s different when in Aus you would expect to have cleanliness standards atleast met (overseas I feel like I’m not as fussed because I know the economy affects jobs and hospitality and venues etc) anyways the room was so extremely dusty hadn’t been cleaned in years kind of environment, floor was dirty never mopped or cleaned, shower was dirty (we genuinely kept shoes on 24/7 unless in bed) the bedding was so dusty we would wake up every morning...

"Nice clean room only down fall there is only 1 pillow each for a queen bed dont get me wrong they are super comfy but two per person is definitely needed i had to fold mine over. Free parking which is great especially for sydney would stay again but would definitely take an extra pillow"

"Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and...
