"Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It was our first time trying this brand. The location is kind of odd as you have to enter from the back of the building. Not a great place to drop off luggage and check in. We had reserved two rooms. They were no where near each other (we did not have an early check in- we came well after 5p) and initially the first room we were given smelled like urine. I couldn’t stand it. "The carpet of the room had stains all over it. Some front desk staff were nice, but a couple of the ladies were rude. You cannot get a spa appointment at all as it is full from appointments of people who live in the area, this was disappointing."
