"Great communication from the owner prior to arrival with details of local places to visit and eat. Lovely welcome on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely return and would highly recommend."

"Really good location for the town. You can park on the garden street car park, you pay 8-8 and free over night. The accommodation is lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Would def return. The restaurant next door, is 15% off with your hotel door key. The burgers are to die for!"

"The place was clean, close enough for all the attractions, I only booked for me so I didn’t need a huge room so I just got a single, plenty of space for me. I wish they had a fridge in the room but that was no biggie for me, WiFi was perfect enough for me to run my computer and phone and didn’t lag out, I would definitely recommend this place"

"We stayed in the Lavender room at the top of the house. It's reached by narrow, windy stairs so be careful! Beautiful spacious room, plenty of storage. The ensuite had both a roll top bath and a separate shower plus a chaise longue! The room was clean but in our opinion, lacked a couple of things like tissues and bottles of water. There was plenty of tea and coffee but no decaf t bags. The pillows leave a lot to be desired as do the towels which were only just absorbent. The breakfast was good...

"Great gem of a hotel. Had a great 1 night stay in a single room for whilst visiting the Lytham Festival. Room had a single bed with shower en suite. Television, ketle and tea and coffee. Bed linen and towels included. As was a full breakfast, cooked to order with choice of cereals. Yes the rooms need a little tlc with the odd spot of flaking paint.
