"I am very reluctant to give premises bad reviews as I know it’s not the staffs fault, but this hotel was really not great. I tried to get ice, I had to go get it myself at the bar, the carpet was torn on patches in the room. The place looked unfinished and there was no attention to detail. For the cost it really was a disappointment."

"Obviously a great location, but shuttles to airport fill up so reserve your shuttle time ahead of your arrival. Also staff have to tell you to arrive 3 hours early for US flights but on our Sunday in June morning flight we got through in 15 minutes. Happy Travels."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with the balcony. We had really nice views from the 10th floor. The apartment was well furnished. The master bathroom I found to be quite small, compared to the hall bathroom. I thought that the shower door was very narrow and if I were any larger, would have needed to soap up outside of the shower in order to squeeze in there. 😏 The kitchen had everything you would need. "This was a nice spot for a quick layover in Dublin. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy all that Dublin has to offer but this was a great option near the airport. My favorite things were the complementary shuttle to airport and the very large park available for walking, running and just hanging out. "The rooms do not have air conditioning or individual controls. The food was OK but took a long time to get to our table. There was a secret on how to push the button on the elevator. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel was very nice, and there was a bus station that could take you to the city center just across the street. We arrived around 10am and we were able to store our luggage with the receptionists, and leave for our afternoon tour. The food in the downstairs restaurant was pricey, but VERY good."

"Brilliant stay, massive comfortable bed, very clean room, really tasty breakfast with lots of options for breakfast. Friendly staff. Only negative was that the car park was full as there appeared to be a corporate event at the hotel. We had nowhere to park our car and ended up having to leave it near a housing development a short walk from the hotel which I wasn’t completely comfortable doing."
