Two calls to reception before action was taken and things returned to normal. My two kids were left terrified and due to this I did not sleep. Our only issue was our double room (Room 141) had the wierdest layout. The bed was in an alcove with one side of the bed right against the wall meaning that if you needed to get up in the night you had to climb over the person next to you. We put up with it as we were only there for 3 nights but I imagine...

The menu barely listed the ingredients and when we disclosed a food allergy, they didn’t say anything or write anything down about it. Food was clearly not fresh and was thawed from frozen."
