"It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how...

Success Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Nice large room clean and the staff was nice"

A89 West Lake Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I loved my stay so much! As a solo woman 63 year old traveler I felt totally safe, even at night, to walk around and often went to eat at Lotte Mall just across the street. There were many restaurants and shops and even a big grocery store there. The hotel staff were amazing especially Lizzy who was so kind to me and felt like a daughter to me by the end of my 9 night stay! Breakfast was incredible with so much food to choose from and honestly more like lunch with many hot dishes, fresh fruits, pastries and drinks to choose from. My large room with a balcony was spectacular and I often sat outside watching all the local people go about their day and the hustle and bustle of riders on motorcycles and cars whizzing by! I walked to the lake too which was beautiful and it had a cool refreshing breeze and there were many local shops and restaurants to go to. I left a piece of my heart in Veitnam when I returned to Canada and will never forget this wonderful hotel and the staff who treated me so well!🥰"

Anna Noi Bai Airport Hotel & Travel

10/10 Excellent

"The owners were so nice and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning and they made sure we had a breakfast at 6:30am. It came from the place next door and we ate there the night before too. They were so nice to also take us to the airport at no additional cost. If I'm in Hanoi again, I would definitely stay there before I fly out the next day."

Dragon Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was perfect for my one-night stay in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful in helping to arrange my shuttle ride from the Noi Bai International Airport to the Dragon Airport Hotel. the driver was friendly and professional, and the ride was short to the hotel, which was a nice treat following a long flight. The attendants on site upon arrival to the hotel were helpful: one met me at the shuttle car and carried my luggage for me up the stairs and up to my hotel room after check-in. The room had an air conditioner and a fan, which were both helpful in keeping the room nice and cool. Bottled water was provided in the room and clean towels and an overall lovely vibe. The staff also arranged a shuttle ride for me to the airport the following morning, and the attendants once again helped me carry my luggage down the stairs and to the shuttle car. The location is convenient to shops and food. The room was nice and quiet and had thick curtains which kept the room nice and dark for great sleep throughout the night. I am thankful for such a wonderful experience and blessing to have such an affordable stay for my first night in Vietnam."
