Very nice stay. I was able to check in early after the I90 was shut down and I booked last minute. Had a very good breakfast as well.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Easy off and onto HWY. Front desk ladies were so nice and helpful. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and the new beds are so comfortable.

Our stay was good but we needed our room attended to and they don't do it each day. I ran out of coffee and the really thin towels weren't good for 2 days. The people were very friendlly and accomodating!

nice to have a minimart nearby as the vending machine prices were ungodly, Noisy doors shutting can be heard throughout the building, left my heat off but worst of all was the continental breakfast, just sweets in a bag that had to be microwaved and juice cups the size of a shotglass

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The railroad tracks are very close and the freeway as well. Trains running all night blowing their horns woke me up multiple times throughout the night.

Overall great experience, going up stairs with no elevator was hard for my almost 80 year old mother, didn’t realize that when I booked the room.

Way over priced for what you get.
On arrival, the room temperature was set at chilly 66 degrees. The rooms are not serviced daily. We requested the room be serviced on the third day - it was not done until the fourth day. The room keycards has to keep being reset as they were erased by being near a cell phone or other electronic devices. The customer computer for airline check-in was not working.

Way over priced for a bed. A very nothing breakfast that was mostly cold stuff that was basically starch. We found only two bars in the town to get supper. My advice is to drive another hour. You will be happier.

The hotel was a good overnight on a long trip. Easy off, easy on from/to I-90. The only drawback was no elevator to the 2nd floor for my luggage.

The staff at the Super 8 in Big Timber are outstanding, making this a great choice for anyone travelling along I-90 or visiting the area. Special mention to Missy and Brandy for going out of their way to deal with a check in/card issue in their system. Small town hospitality at its finest!

Everything was very good! The staff was excellent and the room was great! The sausage biscuits were nice, along with the yogurt and pastries. You could hear the train a lot, but not a problem. The town shut down early, but still nice. The Hotel Grand was a great place for dinner, but get there early!
