However, I made mistake on our booking and tried to fix it right away literally within 15 minutes after booking instead expedia and IHG pointed the finger at each other and neither were exactly helpful smh. "This hotel was convenient to get to right off the highway and just a few minutes from the hospital, shopping, the downtown area and the lake. The room was very clean and basic which was all we needed. The outside maintenance left a lot to be desired.
