Location is great, the only downside was a tram line outside and building wasn’t updated properly for a while to reduce the noise. I still heard the trams after midnight. Good value for money, nice breakfast buffet with good choices and the highlight for the family travel is a separate dining room with little play area for kids.

This hotel is very centrally located, just a 2-minute-walk to the pedestrian zone and main shopping area in Bielefeld as well as on to the main museum Kunsthalle and several churches from the 16th and 17th century. The hotel is almost adjacent to the city's music theater, close to great dining options and only a 20 minute walk (uphill) to the medieval fortress Sparrenburg which is absolutely worth a visit and offers great views over Bielefeld and its surroundings.

Comfy bed

Rooms were quite basic , no kettle , 1 towel , but the bed was comfy and the bathroom floor heated . Trams on my side of the hotel were noisy , and no breakfast available due to ‘ sickness’

The room is clean & of good size. But we wish that they would provide for safe deposit box, coffee maker & small refrigerator. Or have free coffee in the lobby especially on a cold snowy day. The staff are cordial. The best asset of this hotel is the tram station which is just in front of it & the shopping center. Everything is just a few feet away.

Hotel was good. Service is quick. Location is in the middle of the city Center. Room is nice, but shower floor is a bit dirty. Negative point: Our key cards suddenly didn't work twice!! And we had to ask the receptionist for a new key. If you want to stay here, ask for a room that is far from the strassenbahn.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut angenehm. Der Empfang sehr nett und informativ. Parken war unter dem Hotel möglich mit direktem Zugang für 12,00 Euro pro Tag. Das Frühstück ausreichend und wurde immer aufgefüllt. Etwas mehr Auswahl beim Aufschnitt wäre wünschenswert. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war modern und das Bad schön gross mit grosser Dusche. Der Duschkopf war dafür etwas zu klein und man konnte sich schlecht unter den Wasserstrahl stellen.

Für 12€ am tag konnten wir günstig am Hotel nahen Parkaus parken und konnten dann perfekt die stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Es ist super zentral gelegen, sehr modern und schick eingerichtet und das zimmer war sehr sauber. Es war perfekt für unseren kurzen City Trip nach Bielefeld. Super easy und entspannt alles

Waren hier 2x Mal als Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise mit 2 Kindern. Super Familienzimmer. Alles modern, sauber und gepflegt. Parkgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel und angemessenem Preis.
