"We ended up having to change rooms as did our friends. Initially our friends changed due to a funny smell in their bathroom. Our room was beautiful and clean but after returning from dinner it smelled terribly of smoke. The staff were very courteous and kind and quickly moved us to another room. We’re not sure if cigarette smoke from outside somehow drifted into the room. The next room was nice but faced the street where stray dogs barked all night and the mattress on the bed was worn and sunk in the middle. We didn’t sleep a wink the first night. The 2nd night the dogs were quieter which helped."

"Had a nightmare stay at Ramada. The bathroom was dirty and with stingy fixtures. Staff was non cooperative even after raising concern. Housekeeping was practically non-existent. Never ever recommend."
