"Two of the three staff I interacted within were not welcoming. The dead bolt on the room door did not work. When I told them they should put it on their maintenance list they said they already knew about it. Basic clean room with a comfortable bed. I would not recommend."
"L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is one of those rare hotels you genuinely look forward to returning to each day. The staff experience was exceptional, the food delicious, and the room perfectly appointed. It created a true luxury vacation experience. This is a “must stay” hotel — we will definitely be back."
"Niko was extremely helpful at check in and check out. The room was small but for just two of us we didn’t need a lot of space. It seems like an old building but they’ve recent renovated it and it was quite nice. It is a small hotel so it doesn’t have a restaurant or gym or anything but they offer simple coffee in the morning and room service and some lemonade and cookies at other times in the day. Honestly I felt like it was perfect for our stay since we didn’t expect to use our hotel as our main entertainment. The bed was comfortable and it was a quite spot, especially considering it’s close proximity to desirable Beverly Hills destinations."
"We had a truly amazing stay here with our kids and in laws - beautiful property, the service is flawless and everyone was beyond helpful. Will come back again"
"Would I stay at this property again? No. The first room I was given was disgusting and had bugs. I also couldn’t open the blinds because the room faced a stare case and anybody would walk by can see through. The showers need to be cleaned the shower floors were so clammy.
When I requested a room change, the process felt odd because the receptionist wanted me to fully check out and pay another deposit. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and helped resolve the situation professionally.
Parking is $50 and there’s additional charges this hotel charges."
