"The AC would make a noise like it was going to explode every 2 minutes. We were on the 7th floor and you could hear it outside in the parking lot. When we went to the front desk, they knew what room it was so it’s obviously a problem. Said they were going to look at it and call us while we were out and let us know if they could fix it. No call at all. We asked if they could move us but the hotel was completely booked. We asked for a discount on the room but the manager wasn’t there the entire time we stayed there. Left a message for them to call but never got one. Listed as in the “National harbor” area but it’s really not. It’s in a pretty bad area. Stay away if you are planning to stay in the Nova, DC, Maryland area."

"We had a very pleasant one-night stay in our room on the tenth floor. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bedding was wonderful—excellent mattress, cozy comforter, and a choice of four quite different pillows. The floor was quiet; I didn’t hear a sound until morning. If you book through a third-party, have your Hilton Honors account number ready at check-in or be prepared to pay for internet service in the room. The name on the Hilton membership/account must be the same as the name on the hotel reservation."
