Cuando un alojamiento cobra más de 100 euros por noche, esperas servicios y funcionalidad acorde: que la habitación tenga un armario, mesillas de noche... y que no haya que entrar al baño de perfil y metiendo la tripa. Eso sin contar con un aire acondicionado en condiciones y tener, en recepción, alguien a quien dirigirte si hay problemas. La sensación con la que te vas, después de pagar, es la misma que cuando pagas un café o un bocadillo en el aeropuerto: comercio cautivo.

Bien situe mais manque de petit dejeuner

Tres bien situe dans le village de besalu. Belle chambre et hotel renove parfaitement. Seul inconvenient: pas de petit dejeuner disponible. Une grande salle commune est sympa avec un frigo mais sans equipement pour y manger ( vaisselle, evier...) c est dommage !

La chica de recepción me reconoció justo al lado del hotel y fue muy amable en todo momento, además de profesional. Un hotel ubicado en el centro neurálgico de Besalú, a un tiro de piedra de todo elemento de interés. Muy, muy recomendable.

Good hotel in a central location. We arrived after the time that there was a person at reception but they sent clear instructions via WhatsApp for how to enter the hotel and get our room key. Given the pandemic situation, with restaurants not allowed to open for dinner, we were glad the hotel offered dinner to guests. The food was good but basic and a bit overpriced for what it was. We could hear some noise when guests used water but at night it was quiet. Overall it was a good stay.

Don't let the star rating dissuade you!

Lovely property to stay at for a couple of days - wonderful service from the owner who makes a lovely coffee in the morning. Perfect location to explore Besalu and surrounding countryside. Very clean - good shower and good air-conditioning.

Decepcionante

O hotel tem um serviço de recpçao com um horario bastante restrito. Durante a noite nao há funcionarios no hotel, é como se estivessemos alugado um apartamento, portanto assegure-se de que nao vai precisar de nada além do que há no seu quarto. A localização é boa, fica muito proximo de todas as atracoes. Embora nao tenha estacionamento, há uma area em frente ao hotel que nos permite parar o carro e descarregar as malas e existe estacionamento gratuito proximo ao hotel. Nao utilizamos o serviço de pequeno almoco, mas caso desejassemos, havia disponivel por um custo extra. O quarto era pequeno, mesmo no nosso caso onde tinhamos um quarto triplo. O ar-condicionado nao funcionava bem, o que foi um pouco constrangedor para uma epoca de verão na espanha.Achei o preço excessivo para o que o hotel oferece, não seria uma opção novamente caso retorne a Besalu.

Um aconchego bem no coração de Besalu

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto de bom tamanho para duas pessoas como no meu caso. Funcionários cordiais e interessados em suprir as necessidades. Noeli foi muito gentil em dar dicas sobre a cidade. O único ponto ressaltar foi a ausência de frigobar no quarto, mas, no meu caso como foi apenas um dia de estadia não influenciou em nada.

Sensational Visit

Besalu was fabulous and the hotel was in the old quarter. The food at restaurants was oustanding and reasonably priced, there was plenty to do and people were very friendly. the refrigerator for guests was upstairs but the staff were lovely and breakfast provided delicious. you could spend a few days in the town and once your car was parked you could walk everywhere.
