If looking for something to improve, it would be the television amenity. I had difficulties utilizing the apps that were programmed. Outside of that, the staff was helpful with resolving any and all issues or providing assistance I needed. The hotel location was ideal for walking and transit. Lastly, I felt the room design along with the general hotel ambiance, created a vibe that genuinely complemented the downtown Berlin area.

Room is clean and location is perfect. Even though the WiFi network is hard to connect at the beginning, It took me few hours and finally connected, but once connected, WiFi is kind of stable. Only problem is that power plug is too less, even one power plug under TV doesn’t have power at all.

Great place to stay in Berlin. For me, this is the best location in Berlin. The studio was perfect for 2. the room modern, comfortable bed and good isolation. The staff were so friendly too. There is no reception but when we checked in, There was a staff that helped us with the check in. And our room was ready before 15:00. I would def stay there again.
