Nice, if somewhat outdated room in a perfect location on Kudamm. For the good price a perfect place to stay for a few nights. Air condition work very well. I did not have breakfast there, so cannot speak to the food.

Perfect location, close to Ubahn, shops and restaurants. Lovely large room, perfect for our family of 4. Room was cleaned well everyday. Only negative was the hard beds and too thick / warm duvets.

We booked two suites over Christmas and wow they are huge!! They were clean and felt luxurious. Bed was large and comfy, as we're the sofa beds. So large we had our own dance floor hehe Hotel is a 2 minute stroll to the nearest underground station. Restaurants all around and we had the best stay we could have asked for.

We enjoyed the service in the breakfast room. Special dietary requests were attended to excellently. One issue is that we returned to our room late evening; the room was not cleaned despite the sign being left on the door to do so. We called the front desk, and they promptly delivered fresh towels, extending an apology and advising that the matter would be reported. Overall, it is a lovely hotel; well situated, and we will recommend it to anyone.

No refrigerators in rooms. Same problem I had last year. Also, the 2 lifts constantly break down or unavailable for long periods. Other than these problems, I had a nice stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
