Diverse Mängel

Das Zimmer war in einem akzeptablen Zustand, jedoch war es nicht möglich eines der Fenster zu schließen. Dies hatte eine enorme Lärmbelastung (v.a. nachts) zur Folge. Das Hotelpersonal hat nach einer Beschwerde nicht nachgebessert. Bad und Gang haben stark gestunken. Alles in allem ein gerade noch aktzeptabler Aufenthalt ohne jeglichen Komfort.

Close to Charlottenburg Palace

I enjoyed my brief stay. My only suggestion is to enlarge the shower stall. It is so small it makes it very difficult to maneuver.

Ganske ok,

Men trods alt lidt underligt at møde op til en lukket reception, men det gik jo efter et opkald til det oplyste telefonnummer, hvor de forklarede hvor nøglen lå.

Hotel in guter Lage

Gute Lage und schnelle Internet-Verbindung aber eine Zimmerreinigung während des Aufenthalts fand nicht statt. Die Baustelle in der Nähe des Hotels erlaubte kein Ausschlafen. Komischer Geruch im Zimmer. Rezeption ist bis 20 Uhr besetzt, danach kann aber der Schlüssel trotzdem abgeholt werden.

Very clean

The room was perfectly clean and the bed surprisingly comfy. 2 mins walk from the Ubahn stop. A word of warning, reception closes at 8pm, not 10pm as was indicated in the information on Hotels.com.

L'hôtel est bien placé, mais les draps ne sont changés que une fois par semaine, ce qui un peu limite. Le manque de micro ondes est cruel pour un appart hôtel; on devrait pouvoir rapidement réchauffer un plat précuit. Sinon de manière globale c'est bon. Bon accueil à la réception

Alles OK nichts besonderes aber auch nicht schlecht, hier kann man zu einem guten preis übernachten!

No Phone

Extremely small bathroom. Door would only partially open because it swings into the vanity. Sink in vanity sideways because there was not room for it the proper way. I asked at reception about there not being a phone in the room. The boy at the desk stated only some of their rooms have a phone. I guess if I had a serious illness or injury, I could lay there until the maid shows up the next day. Bed surface was 10 inches off the floor. With my bad knees, it was a problem getting up from that low of a position. Nothing in the neighborhood, but a short taxi ride from Tegel.

Good hotel

Nice hotel, close to the airport but far from the city center. Not so good part is the reception closes at 8 PM ( the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen). So if you need help after 8 PM - you are on your own. Also, the phone in the room does not work, they dont do any room service. I requested towels to be replaced to the receptionist - she even told she will get it done, nobody cared to do that.

The Hotel was OK, but very basic. Plus that you have a small pentry. Location was good, close to Tegel airport and the nice Charlottenburg castle.

no wifi, no desk staff after 8pm

The room was as I expected, so no problem there. The issue was that the wifi was out and didn't work. I went to the front desk to address this at 8:15, only to discover they were already closed for the night. Hotels.com advertised that the front desk would be open until 10pm, but the sign on their door said until 8pm. I tried calling hotel staff, but the phone didn't work in my room either so I was completely out of luck

Bon emplacement pour la découverte de Berlin

Aucun accueil. Remise de clés sans vérification. Bonne situation, proche de métro, avec parking dans la rue gratuit. Assez loin du centre. Wifi aléatoire, a fonctionné un jour sur trois. Surface de l'appartement intéressante, 2 chambres séparées, avec kitchenette et frigo. Beaucoup de rangements. Mais une remise en l'état s'impose, notamment murs à rafraichir.

travaux en ce moment dans le quarier

Début août,les travaux à proximité de l'hôtel nous ont gâché les grasses matinées...... Peu de vaisselle à disposition et les serviettes de toilette non changées en une semaine sont les nuances à apporter à une expérience globalement positive. L'hôtel est bien situé, non loin de l'aéroport, près des stations de bus et de métro... Avec une alimentation et des restaurants à proximité...

Très calme et très pratique à prix abordable

Il manque un peu de décoration dans la chambre et un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine. Mais tout est propre et très correcte. Le personnel est très sympatique et très disponible. A 15 minutes des principaux attraits de Berlin dans un calme déconcertant. Je recommande vraiment.

Beim Eintritt war WC noch "gefüllt" mit ........ gelbes Wassr. Es gab 2 Tage kein Internet Anschluß letzte 2 Tagen mangelhafte / niedriger Anschluß Es gab keine frische Handtücher während 4 Nächte Aufenthalt

Niemals 3-Sterne Standard

In Kurzfassung: Zwei Appartements einer Kategorie gebucht aber nur eines entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Appartements sollten, da ein Kleinkind betreut werden sollte, nebeneinander sein. Verteilt wurden wir auf 2 Stockwerke. Die Zimmer strotzen nur so vor Dreck. In einem Zimmer war die Küchenarbeitsplatte abgerissen. Der Kühlschrank stand verloren und ohne Verkleidung in einer Nische der Küche. Klodecke war nur lose aufgelegt und gebrochen.....usw. Wenn dies nicht schon ärgerlich genug wäre, so wurde man vom Personal wie auch von stellvertretenden Geschäftsführer behandelt als wäre man nur lästig. Es gipfelte in der Aussage:" Was erwarten sie bei diesem Preis. Wenn sie Sauberkeit wollen, dann müssen sie halt was teureres suchen." Haben kurzerhand das Hotel gewechselt.

Good hotel for the price.

Easy to get back and forth to the airport. For Americans, be prepared, there is no air conditioning so you have to crack the windows. If you are on the street, the noise can make for a restless night. If minor traffic noise doesn't bother you, it is a great room with a balcony.

Völlig ausreichend für eine Übernachtung

Für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Wer will schon in Berlin den ganzen Tag im Zimmer verweilen ? Die Umgebung ist sehr hellhörig das heißt man kann nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber.

Good value and location

It's not fancy, but the rooms are spacious and have good light, definitely a good deal at the price. The kitchenette would be especially useful if you're traveling cheaply or staying longer. Just a short walk from Schloß Charlottenburg and the large park around it. The main downside if you're driving is that there's no free parking, but it wasn't hard to find a spot on the street nearby. It's also close to public transit and to the airport, so it's a good location if you're heading to a flight.

idéal pour 4 à 5 jours sans grand frais

le concept appart + hôtel est avantageux, Côté appart: l'équipement de la cuisine est rédimentaire, pas de cafetière électrique mais une bouilloire et un grille pain (sympa pour les tartines grillées!!). vaisselle minimum et le peu est dépareillé. dômmage !! Côté hôtel: Le nettoyage de la chambre et le changement de serviette ne sont faits tous les jours. il n'y a pas de table de nuit et de voilage aux fenêtres un peu embêtant pour le vis à vis. En revanche bonne literie. Le personnel de la réception est très sympatique et accueillant. La proximité des transports est très agréable, à 15 minutes du centre et 15 minutes de l'aéroport. un petit supermarché est à 2 minutes de l'hôtel et est ouvert jusqu'à 22 heures. Très pratique!

Es ist in Ordnung, aber nicht mehr. In meinem Zimmer kam nur heisses Wasser aus dem Hahn, kein kaltes. Die Rezeption gab mir sofort ein anderes Zimmer. Das Personal war nett, aber etwas konfus

Only spoke to staff at check in & check out. But theu were polite then & they spoke english. They didn't clean the room at all during our 3 day stay. It was a decent enough room but definitely no luxuries. There was a kitchen but we didn't use it. It was a close drive to the popular areas of Berlin but there wasn't much public transportation near. A little bit of a walk away. There was however a FABULOUS little Italian restaurant called Trattoria across the street. SO GOOD! Parking was free but hard to come by, first come first serve fit into the craziness along the streets. It wasn't a bad neighborhood but not a nice neighborhood to hang around at night. I don't know that Id stay there again, but it wasn't a bad experience.
