"Absolutely loved every part of my stay at Hotel North. Parking was so easy and safe. The Hotel is decorated so tastefully, the staff was so welcoming. When I stepped into my room, I felt I had walked into a soothing refuge. Your decorators knew just how to balance the aesthetics with furnishings, art work, etc. Every detail was perfect - the room temperature, the comfortable bed, the quietness, etc. I will definitely recommend the Hotel North to anyone traveling to the Pittsfield area. "Beautiful hotel, very well-maintained. Friendly professional, welcoming staff. Rooms are beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Exceptional service by the staff at this particular property. We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us. Unless you are young and don't care, make sure you get a ground floor room - the upstairs rooms require a walk up a large staircase, and are inconvenient.

"This motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent. "
"A beautiful property in a stunning location. We opted for the cheapest room so I wasn't expecting much, but it was delightful, clean and very comfy. The property itself is home to a really fun bar, which often hosts local bands. It was a real treat to arrive to hear a live band! The breakfast room overlooks the hills - it's the most beautiful setting for dining I've ever come across. And the breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly and available if required, but leave you alone to enjoy peace...
