"No comforter on the bed … bathroom not clean "

"Stay was late afternoon after attending a nearby event. Room was clean quiet and good. Check out was a quick earlier morning checkout. Only slight issue for me was proximity of check-in desk and tables for cafe/drinks area. It was hard for me to hear questions/comments from desk person with louder conversations going on nearby"

"The lady who checked us in was Excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast was very delicious and well stocked.The room was very clean and comfortable. "

"Very good value for the money. Breakfast was typical of this price hotel. Hot sausage and eggs waffles juices fruits the normal. Free drink voucher each night was awesome. But, make sure you bring your own charging block for your phone. For the first time in a long time I found a hotel that does not have USB outlets to hook your charging cord into. Be prepared to bring your own."

"The first day our breakfast was great. It consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits and omelette. Since the first day’s breakfast was so very good I was looking forward to eating again, however that ended up being a disappointment. There were no scrambled eggs and no bacon, only omelette’s that appeared to be left over from the previous day. The second day’s breakfast did have overcooked biscuits, sausage patties and ham patties. In reference to the room, we found it to be very comfortable and nice. We did however have one problem with the bathroom. The problem being that the bathtub had a 1/4 inch hole near the bottom front on the inside which allowed water to escape from the tub onto the floor. We notified management the next day and they offered to let us move to another room, but we didn’t want the deal with moving so we made do with the room we were in."
