"Jess is awesome! Everything about the stay was perfect. From check in details to actual check in and the stay. She is always reachable and always communicated all details of the stay. We stayed in the Trophy room and it was amazing. The view out the window and the aesthetic was perfect! Located minute's from every thing in bellefonte or a short drive away to some of the other attractions and state college. Can't wait to try some of the other rooms in the house! Definitely will be back! Jess and her mom completed the already awesome masion. (Hint try the muffins....and watch out for the brandy 😂)"

"The host at the restaurant was great. but...We started in an outside room that had a very old decrepit bathroom. The ceiling was patched in one corner and the floor, and not very well done. The molding in that corner was peeling away from the wall and splintered at the bottom and very discolored. The tub was old and cruddy looking although I do believe it was cleaned well, just old and damaged. The bathroom also had a bad rotten egg like smell. Our party had interior rooms so we asked to change rooms which was handled well. The new room was much better. Although the sliding door in the shower came off the track the second day. Also a very loud fan in the air system. We turned that off. Fortunately the seasonal temperatures were ok. Last thing. There were infant swimming lessons being given in the pool outside the room where an infant SCREAMED and cried for an hour. The noise was very disturbing (we were trying to nap), as well as upsetting! Poor baby!! The staff offered to relocate us. Because of our earlier room experience, we declined. We were told the swimming instructor had a contract with the hotel and nothing could be done. Apparently that was more important than the guests' comfort (and he poor baby)."

"I had not stayed at the Comfort Suites since before the Pandemic. The last time I attempted to stay here, the room smelled so bad that I had to leave and go to another motel. This time, everything was great. I had requested an upper floor room when i booked online and the front desk person not only gave me a top floor room, but one that also farthest from the rooms that were occupied by a wedding party so it would be quieter. When i got to the room I was pleasantly surprised. The room had been updated since the last time I was there. When i walked in the room there was no strong smell of cleaning fluid that you get with some motels. It was just a clean looking and smelling suite with two beds and a sofa, mini fridge, with a freezer section, microwave and a wet bar and coffee maker. The beds were comfortable with pillow top mattresses and two soft pillows and two harder pillows on each bed. The large wall mounted TV had a great picture. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Breakfast was very good. Two waffle machines, eggs and sausage. The woman working the breakfast made sure everything was promptly refilled when necessary. Finally, when it was time to leave, i asked the front desk if it was possible to get an hour later check out. Linnell at the front desk, was happy to do it and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. He was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff I had contact with. I would highly recommend and stay here again."
