"Been stayed here over the years. The room is now a bit worn but still clean. Breakfast buffet is good with mostly Indian selections. Will stay again next time as it is way better value than it's next door Novotel and other western brand hotels in the area."

"The food, service and customer service at this Courtyard was amazing. From check-in, to freshly made chai offered as soon as I walked into after a long day at the office, to the breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed juices, English and Indian breakfast options, to helpful hints on traffic and traveling to the airport. It was also fun to be at a Courtyard in India because it was a 5-Star experience. The rooms were beautiful. I was so spoiled. Can't wait to go back this summer.

"The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel.
They were so attentive and kind. Bhavna, Anshad , sweetie, Chanchal and Hari Om made our stay at the Novotel very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you to you all and so many others who we might have missed. You are the ones who make things work and we really appreciated it.

"The hotel don't have basic facilities like power backup, lift & intercom. Any complaint we have to come down stairs for Reception. There power outage in midnight and didn't have the power in the Room. Avoid going for long stay and family are not suitable."

"It was close to my work place. That was the only positive about this place.
Property is in worst condition. Toilet, bathroom were worst. Flush didnt work. Water heater didnt work.
