Was a short stay but enjoyed the breakfast and food at restaurant. Rooms are ok and spacious, the carpet on the corridor floors going to the rooms looks a little bit old and does not give a good cleaning first impression

Property was great but we were promised a buffet breakfast and there was only a la carte as they had had a cancellation and didn’t feel it was viable. A little unfair I would say as I was travelling on to Greece the next day and had hoped to fill my stomach with a good selection of breakfast foods before I left. The staff were amazing though so still enjoyed the stay.

I had a cornered Jnr. Suite (Apartment) that was spacious and conducive. The staff was attentive to my needs as a solo tourist. The only critique I have would be the carpet need some deep cleaning but not too gross to stay.

Room was as one would expect, receptionist was very helpful. Lunch was good aswell. A negative point was the cleaning of the gym. Nobody of the clients cleaned the machines before or after workouts and the gym personal didn't bother at all. Covid restriction distances were not condired by the gym staff.

El personal ha sido excepcional, tuve problemas con el wufi y me instalaron un router, el restaurante abierto y exquisito, me ayudaron a recuperar una maleta perdida, a buscar taxi, etc... En una palabra, gente fantástica y muy trabajadora. Y el hotel muy bien ubicado, con parking propio incluído en el precio. Muy bien! Viajo bastante y es de los hoteles mejores en todos los sentidos, especialmente por el personal.

Second time staying, a bit out of the centre but handy with airport shuttle rather than messing around with taxis. Comfy bed (or maybe I was just very tired), breakfast items could do with being replenished more frequently.

Overall Good Experience

Clean hotel with friendly staff and good service in a convenient location. Many bars and restaurants within short walking distance and will definitely consider staying here again. One suggestion for improvement (but this is personal) would be to have a kettle in the room available to make tea or coffee - as a hardened coffee addict I did miss not being able to make a coffee first thing in the morning.

There have got to be better hotels in Belgrade. Found it shockingly expensive (£5 for 50ml of cheap wine !!!!!) for what it was, I guess they are assuming that the visitors from abroad have money to burn. The first room they put me in was noisy and smelled. The second was better but, although wanted to appear trendy, was actually old and tatty. The staff in the restaurant were inattentive.... The only good thing about Hotel Zira is its location. I would not recommend it.
