"Staff were phenomenally helpful. We arrived late after driving 10 hours. I was in the car with my mom and dad who are in their mid 80s. My mom was sick in the car and couldn't make it to her hotel room. The staff were understanding and helpful. also, my dad was rushing to grab both of their luggage and he handed me my water bottle through the door and he dropped it and it broke over the entrance driveway the female attendant with the pretty blue and purple hair was so kind to rush out and help...
