"Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here again"
"This is a nice motel, comfortable rooms, nothing fancy. Great location convenient to everything in the Berkshires, not far from the highway. The pool is a big PLUS!! Management is friendly and helpful."
