"Hotel and room exceeded our expectations. We found the front desk staff snippy. Because we booked last minute, we were not visible in their system upon arrived and were told to come back, ok fair. Check in process went smoothly but when we tried to ask a couple questions, we got attitude from a trainee, like we should know the answers already (trainer was good). The next morning we were chastised by the front desk for not having breakfast tickets, something that was to be discussed the night before… the breakfast was great by the way. Suffice to say, that customer service skills were less than. As a rule, we try to be respectful and polite, especially when traveling. We appreciate the same in return."

"Both doors to the rooms (we had two rooms) were a little difficult to open and close. And we didn’t enjoy the paper plates at breakfast which we have never had at other Hampton Inns. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean."
