"Beautiful hotel, nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Only knock, which isn’t against the hotel but rather the patrons is the noise level. "

"It was ok, more for if you have kids of course. Went with spouse . Room air conditioning sound like a turbo airplane fan, had to get room switched..a/c was still loud but not as loud . Rooms were basic. They forgot bath towels and had to go to front desk since no one ever picked up phones for front desk nor house keeping. Over all the staff was pretty helpful with the issues but I’d probably wouldn’t stay again unless I have kids with me"

"Call and make sure you have a room available! Even if you book it in advance. Room was dirty. Water was cold. Outlets didn’t work. Bugs found in room"

"Room was clean and appeared to be fairly recently updated. Pillows were terrible. The bathroom was nice, but the tub/shower caulking was cracking/peeling and needs to be redone."

"We had 2 rooms. Ground Floor room had roaches. Second floor room had bed bugs. Daughter woke up after second night with bites on her arms and legs. When we checked out the lady at the desk just gasped an SSI we are due for pesticide treatments. Won’t be going back there."

"The room had gnats for days. We and the air conditioning did not blow cold. I had to request another room. Immediately after I requested the room. I was given another one. However, the air conditioning did not blow cold air and did not stay on for long. Due to the complaint from the gnats and given another room I just dealt with the air conditioner. I will not revisit and would not recommend anyone to this property."
