We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast options were good, the hotel was clean, the only negative thing was when we walked into our room it was hot and muggy, of course we understand why, once we turned the ac on it cooled down. But overall we plan on staying here again.

Super Clean, Great Value for Overnight w/2 Dogs

It's definitely showing some wear and tear, but the whole property, and our room were both exceptionally clean, and the A/C worked great, kept the room cool and dry - I loved that there was no carpet in the room. Breakfast was more extensvie than expected for the price, although the reconstituted eggs didn't do it for us, they had sausage, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal and fruit, a nice surprise at this price point. It's an excellent value in Bay City, esp for an overnight with two dogs

A very convenient stop over at Bay City

It is conveniently located and although located on a highway we could not hear traffic sound. Spacious room with coffee maker, coffee maker and refrigerator. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the queen beds were extremely comfortable- in fact the best I’ve slept in, in years. Nice complimentary breakfast included which was nice. Well done Quality Bay City. Highly recommended.

2 day trip

Stayed 2 nights visiting family. Everyone friendly but will not stay here again. I can say room was very clean. However I am allergic to Curry spice and our 2nd floor room was overpowered by it. We had our small dog with us and no place for him to potty. The parking lot was littered with trash and the pool area had a turned over small bbq grill . Look elsewhere

Room was very clean and the staff were excellent. We had late sleepers and it was easy switching out our towels at the front desk. The only issue was I had to get a new room key 4 times and my wife did 3 times. All keys would open the doors on the side for entrance and exit but the keys not working was the only issue. Even the managers on duty tried five or six times after giving me a new key. They kept saying it was because we got it to close to our phone but when we got new ones three times they gave us new ones and they carried them to our room the magnetic key still didn’t work on the room door. Again I would still highly rate this hotel!!
