"Definitely better than one would expect for the locality. It's clearly an older property, but equally clear that the staff is serious about making it a pleasant place to stay with what they have. The night clerk was very cheerful and friendly. The room was very nice, although the pillows leave much to be desired. Breakfast could have been much improved with more options, and the waffle batter was nearly empty and never replenished that I saw. Overall a pleasant oasis in a desert."

"The room was well appointed and a bit dated but clean. The person at the front desk was kind and very accommodating. It met our needs well for a quick stop over. If I travel through this town again I would stay here."
