I I called a guest to update credit card but guest declined and said he will be there and pay in 45 minutes. I explained we have to update valid credit card for your reservation to keep or else will be cancelled.Guest can check in late and we have no problem. We ho out and try all our best to take care of our guest.Hope you give us another chance to prove that.
