"I did not have to deal with any issues at all. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. And the bed was very comfortable. The only thing was that the AC doesn’t cool the room well."

"We stayed for two nights in May at Hotel Palazzo Keller, and it was wonderful. The hotel felt cozy, comfortable, and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. "The breakfast included in the room was the best breakfast we've ever had! It features amazing fresh fruit and freshly baked apricot croissants, chocolate croissants. Incredible cappuccinos with heart shapes, and a squeezer to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. The eggs and meat were amazing as well. Maid service was excellent, our room was extra tidy and clean every day. The courtyard patio and rooftop terrace were beautiful and the room itself was very spacious for a European hotel...

"Absolutely lovely property! The owners were phenomenal, highly communicative, catered to our needs/requests, ensured our comfort, and went above and beyond our expectations. The area had numerous shops and restaurants, while still remaining quiet and private. We asked for local restaurant recommendations and every single recommendation resulted in a fantastic, authentic dining experience. Any request was met with an immediate response. Customer service was superb. This property is truly VIP. "
"We had an amazing start in the apartments!! Communication was exceptional and we even received a welcome gift of a complimentary drink at the hotel nearby. The location was perfect!! Close enough to the “big” attractions but far enough away to experience non-touristy areas too. "
"The hotel was lovely and the Receptionist was so helpful with our difficulty. We could leave the bags there whilst touring Venice. Just beware that the check in instructions are not always accurate, they said we should go to the Terino to book in but actually we were fine going straight to the hotel. Location was great too, right next to a water bus stop."
