"Arrived for a 2 day relaxing time away Room was tatty we ssked for a double bed ended up wit 2 singles pushed together restaurant was unclean breakfast was luke warm and dry.used the spa had to buy a padlock from reception that didnt work with code .questioned it and said couldnt do anything with it .very poor .sauna was out of order.hole in the bathroom ceeling where we witnessed a woodlice drop into the bath ..will not be staying again very poor "

"The advertised school holidays parts were not what we were expecting at all.. movie room with popcorn etc - was some dirty bean bags and no film playing. It was in the same room as the games so you couldn’t sit and watch a film. We didn’t find a sweet cart which was advertised. The new pool area is amazing. Great for kids! And very warm. Would definitely recommend. Communal areas could do with an upgrade and the rooms. We ate in the Ryder grill and opted for the sharing chateaubriand - for the price it was we were extremely disappointed, it was quite cold, not presented very well and lacking flavour, but with a toddler past her bedtime we didn’t have the time to send it back and wait for new food. The breakfast choices and quality was also really lacking. The breakfast food was also cold. Overall disappointed with the food here for the price it is "

"Everything was brilliant apart from 2 things. Unfortunately those things mean we don’t get a proper nights sleep. 1: the shower suddenly started to drip in the middle of the night, not once but twice. Both times lasting around 5 mins. The second time I would not stop and I had to turn the shower on for a few seconds and off again to make it stop. 2. There was a flash and small blip from the fire alarm. Again, this happened more than once through the night. Everything else was good (save a slow check in but they were busy) and if not for these issues it would be 5 stars. However, such a disturbed sleep made the stay somewhere I am dubious to return to. "
